I think the real bad habit is the silly jughead cap that Smoking Boy is wearing.  Did anyone actually wear those things?  Where did you get them?  Who designed this hat?  Was it an early attempt at setting yourself apart from the grown-ups and saying, "I'm a teenager?"  The ancient ancestor of the nose ring, the tongue stud, and those stupid jeans that show off your underwear?
