The dude with the white shirt appears to not be wearing any pants.  Yet his shirt is TUCKED IN to SOMETHING!  Maybe when you're clear, you make your pants clear, but not your shirt, tie and belt.  Just you and your pants.  You and your Invisi-Pants.  Yes.  That explains it.
