Though butches have a reputation (we're generalizing here, of course) for deep voice, stoic expressions,  and strong punches, they're all just softies at heart.  And the femme on this card knows it.  Look at the way she's swooning at her super butch partner, standing just off the card stage left, in a handsome red plaid flannel shirt, beige workpants, black paratrooper boots, and an enormous ring of keys jangling from her belt loop.  True, true, her butch girlfriend isn't smiling back, but you can tell this card touches her.
